Updates yet to be revealed and added to the list of projects heavily involved in their development:


Projects that have yet to be added from my involvement on project with with eldo and Zahner.

- Two of eldo largest projects taken on my the firm and the loosing of those within the firm tight grasp on the tried and true ways of producing project drawings in 2D one line at a time.

- The exciting and exposure working directly for the well known fabricator of custom metal clad buildings the world over during my time at A. Zahner and furthermore the small startup I was a part of that operated within the R&D department creating small custom perforated projects to small in scope to be profitable using the well tuned, yet traditional project workflow focused the big projects with teams of very strong engineers and timelines and budgets that could afford some trial and error throughout the development of these building encompassing scale projects Zahner reputation has been built on and excels so extremely well in diving into so the challenges are discovered quickly, solved through engineering and full scale mockups until their high own high level of quality demanded from themselfves are achieved, organized for productions, logistics and copletion down to the last bold.  

 


Their excelence is on display around the world however the team I worked within, and Branded as ImageWall set out to create custom metal panels lusted for use on projects with budgets forcing constraints on creating things that have never been done before at the scale of a building and make it possible for someone working at a much more personal size scale of a couple hundred square feet in scope to have access to what until now was out of reach and not even included in the list of materials to explore for use on a projet a reality.  The ImageWall team set out making this a reality by reinventing and trimming every ounce of fat from the process used on the large projects until we had the basic set of fabrication processes we could build from the ground up a streamline, automated and well connected system to manage the volume information consisting of everything unique to each of our smaller called projects that had to span from detailed measurements of what already was constructed, optimized ways to maximize use of material and minimize any visual joins while integrating into the flat metal sheet itself through manipulating the material itself or via additional sub systems that would allow the existing structure to attach in locations optimized to the varying conditions faced by the team and setup a method of installation that allowed the final surface of panels to drop and lock into the coordinated set of slots designed into that sub system also being used to insure our panels would remain securely attached to the wide range of conditions faced by the projects we encountered.  Once the panels were droped into the designated location guided by the matching instructions included with each finished product package all that was left to complete installation was a small screw attached on the side to avoid tampering or removal by others that might want a panel go their own at home.

 

 the  of critical and precise  sing the existing equipment creating and and   is on display as the skin of buildings around the world.    We worked to overcome the limitations and barriers of entry to enable smaller projects to have access to options not feasible to investigate having custom metal facades as small as a couple hundred square feet in scope.

1. A housing development I am proud to have collaborated with Odile Decq direction with during my internship in her firm in 2009.  The project is being marketed under the name Pentania and is located in Lille, France.  The project consists of five multi level apartments along with a series of about twenty or so single family houses arranged in clusters.

A much larger development I worked closely with the countless studies and holder of the magic responsible for the facade design of over 20,000 custom glass and aluminum finned assemblies.  The project was for the Vanke Development Group and is located in Shanghai China.
